Customer Services Supervisor
We are looking for a Customer Services Supervisor to join the National Theatre's Customer Experience and Commercial Operations team.
Working under the direction of the Retail Experience Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the shop floor. You will work alongside a team of Customer Services Assistants to deliver exceptional customer service working collaboratively to drive income generation and deliver sales targets through sales strategies and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
You will be responsible for supervising the Customer Services Assistants in their day-to-day work. You will be at the core of our front-of-house experience, ensuring we provide a first-class welcome to all. You will exemplify high standards of customer service and demonstrate strong supervisory skills, whilst also performing administration duties such as stock handling and cashing up.

The Successful Candidates Will Have the Following:
- Enthusiastic and motivated supervisory experience in a busy retail environment.
- Demonstrable experience of working within a busy retail environment with a passion for theatre and knowledge of books and playtexts.
- Experienced in the use of EPOS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding personalized customer service to all individuals.
- Stock control with an understanding of financial processes and procedures in order to maximize revenue.
- Passion for visual merchandising and display to create a welcoming and enticing retail experience.
