Customer Service Supervisor

Customer Service Supervisor – Enham Arch Retail Park, Andover

B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Enham Arch Retail Park, Andover.

Role:

  • Permanent, part-time (20 hours per week)
  • Flexible shift work covering daytime, evenings, and weekends
  • Essential retail position operating 7 days a week

This Customer Service Supervisor role focuses on supporting the Customer Service Manager to oversee the cash office and checkouts, ensuring exceptional service for customers and compliance with legal requirements.

With your leadership, you’ll:

  • Train, mentor, and support colleagues
  • Maintain a welcoming, well-merchandised store that drives sales
  • Uphold high standards in merchandising, operations, and team performance

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience supervising/managing a team in retail or customer service
  • Proof of excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high standard
