Join Brett Martin as a Team Leader for our Roofsealants/RFS department, where you will be at the heart of our customer experience. This pivotal role is perfect for a natural leader who is passionate about motivating and developing a dedicated customer service team. You will be instrumental in ensuring we deliver an exceptional service, managing everything from order completion to resolving customer queries in a timely and effective manner.
Your responsibilities will extend beyond daily team management. You'll take on senior duties from the Roofsealants Manager, including overseeing the product supply chain, conducting customer and internal training, and providing crucial support for our account managers. We are looking for someone who can not only maintain our high standards but also continually seek out opportunities for process improvement, implementing new systems to enhance sales order processing efficiency. About The Role
As a Team Leader, your day-to-day will be dynamic and engaging. You'll be the go-to person for your team, coaching and mentoring them to success, managing performance, and ensuring all customer interactions meet our high standards. You'll monitor KPIs, handle escalations, and work on projects to improve departmental efficiency.

Required Criteria
- A high level of integrity, with a positive and professional attitude.
- Confidence to highlight issues that may affect customer perception.
- A general knowledge of HR, incorporating practical people management and the rules policies and procedures within the employee handbook.
- Positive and energetic personality with a strong can-do attitude.
- Strong team working skills, able to use own initiative and capable of problem solving. Able to lead under pressure.
- An ability to coach and develop people.
- Able to drive KPI improvement.
- IT literate with knowledge of Excel.
- Experienced in dealing with all levels of staff from shop floor to senior leadership team. Excellent communication and planning skills.
- A good basic knowledge of the fillers, tapes & sealants products manufactured and distributed by Brett Martin Daylight Systems.
- Excellent and demonstrable Customer Service experience.
Desired Criteria
- Experience using Lean methodology for KPI improvement.
- Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment.
