Customer Service Team Leader

Location: Retail shops | Starting Salary: £14.40 per hour


About the Role

As a Customer Service Team Leader at Paddy Power, you’ll be the friendly face of our customer experience in retail shops. Your role is to:

  • Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and deliver best-in-class service
  • Set a welcoming atmosphere while promoting our online and retail products
  • Be a proactive, results-driven team player

Whether you’re experienced in retail or just passionate about helping people, we believe attitude matters most! Full training will be provided.

  • Ideal candidate is motivated, enjoys meeting targets, and excels in customer-facing roles.
  • No prior betting industry experience required—just bring your eagerness to thrive!

Responsibilities

You’ll focus on exceptional customer service through:

  • Relationship-building: Exceeding customer expectations with warm, engaging interactions
  • Clear communication: Answering queries confidently and promoting latest promotions
  • Assisting with bets: Supporting customers across terminals, telephone services, and in-shop transactions
