Customer Service Team Leader

Customer Service Team Leader (CSTL) – Retail Betting Shop

Starting Salary: £13.25 per hour

About the Role

As a Customer Service Team Leader at Paddy Power (part of Flutter), you’ll be the friendly face of our retail shops—welcoming visitors with warmth and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Your enthusiastic approach to technology and hospitality will help promote our products and create an engaging atmosphere, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

We’re looking for a proactive and motivated individual who can:

  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Drive shop performance against targets
  • Adapt with a customer-first mindset

Experience in the betting industry isn’t required—training will be provided, but your attitude and passion for excellent service matter most.


Your Key Responsibilities

Your role includes:

Customer Engagement & Service

  • Warmly greet and assist all visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment
  • Answer customer queries clearly and effectively
  • Promote Paddy Power promotions and incentives

Operational Duties

  • Assist customers with in-shop betting (terminals, phone, transactions)
  • Maintain a high standard of shop presentation for an inviting space
  • Cover operational responsibilities in the absence of the Shop Manager
