At Animed, we're looking for a people-focused leader to inspire, coach and develop a team of around 10 Customer Service Advisors in our contact centre environment.
You might already be a Team Leader, or you may be someone with experience coaching, mentoring or supporting colleagues who is ready to step into a leadership role.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing department where you'll have real influence. We're continually evolving our ways of working, giving you the chance to shape processes, develop people and help create a great place to work.

Salary & Benefits
- £30,000 - £32,000 per year
- 40 hours per week

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Customer Care Advisors
- Hold regular 1-1s and coaching sessions
- Support performance, engagement and wellbeing
- Help improve processes and ways of working
- Support recruitment and onboarding
- Create outstanding customer experiences
