Customer Service Team Member, 8 hours over 2 days on a temporary contract until 6th September 2026

Welcome Break, Sarn Park Services, J36 M4 Bridgend, CF32 9SY

We're looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who enjoys interacting with customers and delivering excellent service. The primary responsibility is encouraging satisfied customers to leave reviews by engaging with them in a positive and approachable manner.

Additional duties include clearing tables in the restaurant area, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and assisting with general cleaning tasks during quieter periods. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and happy to support the wider team wherever needed.

Immediate start available

Earn up to £12.85 per hour, plus £1 meals on every shift

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome customers with a smile and help them quickly and confidently
  • Keep the customer seating areas and back-of-house clean and tidy throughout your shift (including tables, counters, floors and toilets where required)
  • Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards, completing checks and cleaning tasks as trained, and escalating customer issues when needed
