The Role
Being a Customer Service Technician at BSS requires a special kind of passion—someone who enjoys supporting people and goes beyond delivering goods to provide exceptional service.
Within our rigorous safety standards, you’ll ensure all hired equipment meets relevant legislation, enabling our customers to use correctly maintained and safely compliant equipment. By offering tailored guidance, you’ll empower customers to get the most out of the products according to their needs.

- A preference for candidates with experience as a multi-drop driver and tool servicing knowledge

BSS Industrial is a trusted distributor of heating, pipeline, process, and mechanical services equipment for the Building Services and Industrial sectors. Founded over 110 years ago and part of the Travis Perkins Group since 2010, our network includes more than 60 branches, a National Distribution Centre in Lutterworth (East Midlands), and a National Tube Distribution Centre in Coventry.
