Job Description
We are now looking to recruit hardworking, articulate individuals to join our Client Servicing Administration teams, where you will play a key role in providing our award-winning service to our customers.

You don't need previous financial services experience to be successful in this role, we'll provide all the training and support you need to build your knowledge, confidence and skills from day one.

We have big growth plans with multiple opportunities available across a variety of teams. Inductions will take place for these roles on a 3-weekly basis.
Knowledge & Experience
- You will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
- Excellent numerical ability.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competent IT skills, including experience working with Excel.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, at times unsupervised.
- Previous experience in financial services, administration or customer service is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- A keen interest in learning about financial services and delivering excellent customer service.
