You don’t need prior qualifications or experience—we provide on‑the-job training to skill you up across a wide range of practical repairs, fitting and servicing tasks. Whether it’s car parts, technology fitting or cycle servicing and builds, you’ll deliver market-leading service standards to every customer.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers directly in our showroom and auto repairs services—both in-store and in our vehicle park
- Fit car parts and technology upgrades
- Service and build custom bikes from scratch
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with speed and problem-solving confidence
- Assist colleagues with warranty checks, sales advice and aftercare support
- Contribute to inventory and stock management

Ideal Skills & Experience
✅ Essential
- Enthusiasm for automotive and cycling (even as a hobby counts!)
- Strong customer service background (preferably arboring experience)
- Proactive approach to helping visitors every step of the way
- Resilient and adaptable for shifts (25% of work on weekends)
✨ Putting You First Even if you haven’t got all experience yet, demonstrate adaptability—and we’ll fast-track your training. Some extra upside if you already have:
- Basic cycle repair & car mechanics familiarity
- Experience pushing sales targets with sales-driven behaviour
