Role: Customer Service Associate
Responsibilities:
- Advise customers through telephone, email, and social media channels.
- Self-motivated, attentive listener, and proactive at delivering exceptional service.
- Develop tailored solutions for customer inquiries.

Job Specifics

Contract Type:
- Temporary until January 31, 2027.

Schedule:
- 37.5 hours/week (full-time).
- Standard hours. Training cover two weeks of paid study before contract hours begin.

Shifts:
- Peak Trading Maintenance (Mondays to Fridays 9AM – 6PM).
- Weekends: Employees cover one weekend shift every three (Saturday/Sunday).
- Year-End Period (October to December):
- Extended opening hours (three evenly spaced shifts, over weekends:
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
