Central Reservations Assistant – The Voice Behind Great Stays & Dining

Location:

Office above the Wheelwrights Arms

Hours:

  • Part-time
  • 7-day availability
  • 9am–8pm shifts
  • Evenings & weekends
  • Holiday cover

We’re on the hunt for a vibrant, detail-driven Reservations Assistant to join our Central Reservations Team – the heartbeat of guest bookings across our charming pubs and boutique bedrooms.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the friendly voice and quick-thinking brain behind all guest enquiries – phone and online.
  • Manage restaurant and bedroom bookings across our pubs and inns using our reservation platforms.
  • Cross-sell experiences and recommend the perfect spot – whether it's a cosy corner or a romantic stay.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our pub managers to deliver seamless guest journeys.
  • Make every guest feel like a VIP – before they even walk through the door.
  • Receive full training to help you shine in your role.

  • Comfortable navigating booking systems (training provided)
