Central Reservations Assistant – The Voice Behind Great Stays & Dining

Office above the Wheelwrights Arms
Hours:
- Part-time
- 7-day availability
- 9am–8pm shifts
- Evenings & weekends
- Holiday cover
We’re on the hunt for a vibrant, detail-driven Reservations Assistant to join our Central Reservations Team – the heartbeat of guest bookings across our charming pubs and boutique bedrooms.

What You'll Be Doing
- Be the friendly voice and quick-thinking brain behind all guest enquiries – phone and online.
- Manage restaurant and bedroom bookings across our pubs and inns using our reservation platforms.
- Cross-sell experiences and recommend the perfect spot – whether it's a cosy corner or a romantic stay.
- Work hand-in-hand with our pub managers to deliver seamless guest journeys.
- Make every guest feel like a VIP – before they even walk through the door.
- Receive full training to help you shine in your role.

What Makes You Tick
- Experience in hospitality or a reservations-based role
- Excellent communication skills (you’re a natural on the phone!)
- A positive, can-do attitude and love for customer care
- Cool under pressure and able to juggle tasks with a smile
- Team player who enjoys collaboration and connection
- Comfortable navigating booking systems (training provided)
