Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Contact & Access team as a Customer Service Advisor. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and want to make a real difference in our customers' lives.

We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly and supportive Customer Contact & Access Team. In this rewarding role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing advice, support, and solutions that genuinely make a difference to people's lives every day. Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customers, providing right first-time advice and support over the phone, email, social media and our customer portal on a wide range of housing-related services.
- Promote the use of our online services with customers where possible, to support the digital agenda.
- Provide a friendly and professional service to respond to customer enquiries, taking time to understand their issues and to resolve at the earliest point.
- Responsible for logging and monitoring customer enquiries and referring to other teams where further input may be needed.
