Customer Services Advisor

Motoring Assistant / Cycle & Car Fitting Associate (au pairing/ apprentice)


Salary

  • Age 21+ | £12.91 per hour
  • Under 21 | £11.05 per hour

About the Role

Love all things motoring and cycling? A true enthusiasm for vehicles and bikes together with excellent customer service skills could be the key to your future here.

This role offers practical training and hands-on experience in delivering the very best service to customers while they seek repairs, customisations, or customer fitments across a range of product categories.

An ideal candidate will bring:

  • Customer service experience (preferably in retail)
  • An enthusiastic attitude towards cars and bikes
  • Basic knowledge or interest in fitting car parts or repairing cycles (training provided)

Key Responsibilities

  • Prompt, thorough servicing and cycle building in-store
  • Assisting with car parts fitting and technology installations in our garage facility
  • Delivering service excellence across all customer touchpoints, from diagnosis to completion
  • Integrating in a customer-focused environment, ensuring satisfaction at every step
  • Developing problem-solving skills alongside a fast, efficient work ethic

What You’ll Need

  • *Customer service experience *(preferably in retail or sales)
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset – helping customers while tailoring your approach to meet their needs
  • Problem-solving ability – identifying issues efficiently and creatively
  • Flexibility to work on a rota, including evenings and weekends

Ideally but not exclusively


Nice To Have (but not essential)

  • Hands-on knowledge of cycle servicing or car fitment (e.g., as a hobby)
  • Experience setting and working towards sales targets in a driven environment
