Customer Services Advisor

Motoring & Cycle Specialist

Rate: [Age 21+] £13.34 per hour (Under 21: £11.48 per hour)

Love all things motoring and cycling? Exceptional with customers?

Your natural rapport with customers and unlimited passion for cars and bikes will define success in this dynamic role. While previous experience in car part fitting or cycle repair—even as a hobby—would be highly beneficial, we provide thorough training to equip you with the skills needed to deliver market-leading customer service.

Role Overview

You’ll be working directly with customers across:

  • Car parts fitting
  • Technology fitting
  • Cycle building & servicing

Quick Decisiveness and Efficiency: Grow your practical problem-solving skills while maintaining a fast yet thorough approach to customer service.

Ideal Experience (Strongly Helps)

  • Retail experience
  • Experience adapting customer service approaches for tailored sales interactions

No prior experience?* We'll support and develop you—especially in targeting-driven retail environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on vehicle fitting and bike servicing services
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences in-store
  • Diagnose and fulfil motorbike & vehicle repair needs at high quality
  • Develop expertise across car servicing, bike remodelling, and technical installations

About the Team

Requirements

  • Verified success in delivering great customer service (especially in sales)
  • Proactive attitude – anticipating diverse customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving under real-world constraints
  • Availability for rostered shifts, including weekends (required)

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Pre-existing knowledge of car modifications or cycling mechanics
  • Track record for driving sales targets
