Fitting Technician Apprentice
Salary and Eligibility
- Age 21+ – £14.01 per hour
- Under 21 – £12.15 per hour
Passionate about motoring and cycling? Then combine your enthusiasm with customer-focused expertise.
You’ve got the skills to succeed—perhaps some hands-on experience in part fitting, cycle repair, or retail. While we offer comprehensive training, a customer-centric mindset and proactive attitude will serve you well in this role.
About the Role
You’ll be a key part of our operations, servicing vehicles in-store and performing car part fitting, technology installation, cycle builds, and servicing. This is a fast-paced environment where your ability to ** solve practical problems swiftly and adapt to customer needs** will shine.
An ideal candidate would already have retail experience, but we value those who can demonstrate adaptability and customer-driven approaches. Together, we’ll ensure every customer leaves with a seamless experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver unparalleled customer service, especially in a sales-oriented setting.
- Proactively understand and address customer needs.
- Deploy problem-solving skills to resolve practical and operational challenges.
- Commit to a rota schedule, including weekends if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some knowledge of car parts fitting, cycle repair, or related skills.
- Previous success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
