The Job
The Customer Services Assistant is responsible for supporting the Customer Services team in all aspects of journey pricing, customer liaison and responding to customer complaints. The role combines customer service skills, administrative and compliance responsibilities ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, smooth operations and regulatory adherence.
Day-to-Day Duties

- Checking journey data and pricing
- Journey and invoice reporting
- Customer liaison, predominately via email
- Customer complaint handling and responding including interviewing Driver Companions
- Administration including scheduling, filing and maintaining accurate records
Essential criteria
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and customer focused
- Good work ethic – hardworking, punctual and reliable
- An eye for detail and the ability to use their own initiative
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of how to use computers for data entry – Training provided
