Senior Customer Service Advisor (Customer Solutions), Team Support
Location: Abingdon, Oxon Salary: Starting at £26,000 (rising to £26,500 post-probation) + up to £200/month bonus Role Type: Office-based (Head Office), office environment
About This Role
Are you seeking: A break into office-based work if currently in retail or hospitality? A career with performance-based rewards (monthly bonuses for great work)? Training in first-class customer service across phone, email, or social media? The chance to thrive in a collaborative team environment?
We’re ideal for people with an enthusiastic, customer-focused approach. While experience in customer service/contact centres is helpful, confidence and efficacy in phone/email communication are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer telephone and written communication, building rapport and resolving issues across our Fibre Broadband customer solutions team.
- Learn and apply best-practice customer service standards remotely and face-to-face.
- Collaborate with colleagues, utilise a 6-day, 37.5-hour Monday-to-Friday shift rota (circa 1 weekend per 5 weeks), tailored to cover 8am–8pm service windows.
- Adapt to early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends (flexibility can be discussed for structured part-time roles).
NB: This role is fully office-based at our Abingdon HQ. Shift patterns undergo review for enhanced work-life balance.
