Job Opportunity: Customer Services Associate
Due to the exciting growth of Corin, we are now looking to expand our Customer Services Team to be able to continue to deliver the quantity of products required to meet the worldwide demand. We are therefore looking for a Customer Services Associate to join the team!
This is a full time position, working Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm and 8:30am - 4:00pm on Fridays! The role does offer a hybrid working model (after training and probation) where you would be able to work 3 days onsite at our global headquarters in Cirencester, and 2 days from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership for investigating, conducting route cause analysis and issues of credit notes
- Acknowledging orders and ensuring a high level of communication with customers
- Manage, update and maintain master customer information with a high level of accuracy
- Own and manage the customer services SOP’s
- Ensure Customer Services KPI’s are met to ensure the best customer experience
- Support with preparation of quotes when required
- Deal with new customer enquiries and account set up paperwork
- Manage customer rebates
- Support with internal and external audits where require

Ideal Candidate
The ideal Customer Services Associate will have / be
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability all levels within the business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook & Word
- Experience of processing sales orders, invoices and purchase orders
- Strong process and customer centric attitude and behaviours
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Ability to work under pressure calmly and professionally
- Very high attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Flexible approach to dealing with conflicting priorities
- Educated to GCSE level in English & Math
