About the Role

As a Customer Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations from our office in Ipswich. Your role will be crucial in building strong customer relationships and ensuring our services run seamlessly. We need someone who remains calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environment. You are someone who can think on your feet, solve problems quickly, and always deliver top-tier service to our customers.   • Some knowledge or experience in the logistics sector (preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic knowledge of European customs procedures (preferred but not required)

In this dynamic and rewarding position, no two days are the same. Your primary responsibility is to be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their shipments are managed with care and efficiency from start to finish. You will:

  • Proactively manage order flows, ensuring fast and accurate processing
  • Keep customers informed throughout the process, addressing any irregularities or issues as they arise
  • Resolve complaints and disputes swiftly and professionally
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Generate reports and maintain oversight of key performance metrics
