Customer Services Manager – Medical Devices– Guildford (Onsite)
Overview
This is a key leadership role within a fast-paced MedTech environment, supporting NHS and private customers through the technical and logistic support for surgical products, loan kits, and services.
Main Purpose
To lead and manage the customer service function, ensuring accurate processing, efficient coordination, and high-quality service delivery. The role is critical in supporting surgical schedules, internal teams, and patient-focused outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the customer service team.
- Oversee customer orders, loan kits, and overall service delivery.
- Act as an escalation point for customers and internal teams.
- Support customers with time-critical requirements.
- Work closely with sales, logistics, clinical, and operations teams.
- Drive process improvements and maintain high service standards.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and a patient-focused approach.

Requirements
- Background in medical devices
- Experience in a Customer Services Manager or team leadership role.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-critical setting.
- Ability to be based in Guildford five days per week.
