The Job
As a Customer Service Representative, you will focus on responding appropriately to:
- Phone calls
- Web entry
- Chat requests
From internal and external customers for the Stanley Black & Decker suite of products, and admin resulting from that contact.
What you’ll do:
- Handle incoming customer and partner enquiries via:
- Phone
- Live chat Ensuring queries are resolved promptly, accurately, and logged correctly.
- Process incoming documents and complete administrative tasks to: Support efficient after-sales service operations.
- Provide day-to-day support to service agents across the UK and ROI markets in collaboration with the Agent Support Team.
- Record, manage, and maintain accurate case information within Salesforce.
- Develop knowledge of: Key brand product portfolios. Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Support the wider After Sales Service Team, as needed.

About You
You love to learn and grow, and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You’re not intimidated by innovation—you embrace it.
Here’s what you need:
- Experience as a customer service professional, achieving excellent support.
- An outstanding communicator with:
- A professional telephone manner.
- Ability to handle a wide range of customer enquiries; respond professionally, clearly, and with care.
- Highly organised, with:
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively throughout the day.
- Educated to GCSE level (including English and Maths).
- Working experience of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using SAP/Salesforce/Five9 software is advantageous but not essential.
