We are seeking a Customer Services Technician to join our team in the North East region. In this role, you will perform multi-trade remedial tasks in occupied or unoccupied properties in a safe, resourceful, and professional manner. You will embody the core values of Miller Homes, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service levels and representing Miller Homes Customer Service in the field.

Responsibilities
- Carry out work diligently and safely in line with the company SH&E Management System
- Liaise directly with the Central Office Hub to provide status reports of ongoing and completed tasks
- Maintain a smart appearance and ensure you have the relevant footwear and protection appropriate to the task assigned, prior to entering and working in occupied properties
- Obtain signed satisfaction/completion notifications from our customers following the completion of remedial tasks, where possible

Requirements
- Experience in a similar role, ideally with another housebuilder
- Multi-skilled, with a sound knowledge of joinery, general laboring and bricklaying, general plaster patching, painting, and decorating
- Ability to offer courteous, exemplary, and efficient customer service at all times
- Ability to form strong professional relationships and liaise regularly with different disciplines within the business to assist you in achieving your daily goals
