Salary: £28,594 - £35,743 per annum + 25 days Hol, Hybrid

About the Role
Kinetic Recruitment is supporting a global food company with the hiring of a permanent Customer Solutions Executive to join their high performing team in their Ellesmere Port site. This is a permanent role within a fast paced, customer focused office, offering development, strong benefits, and hybrid working (2 days WFH).
You will work as part of a small team delivering exceptional service across multiple channels and ensuring smooth operational performance between Commercial, Supply Chain, and Distribution partners.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues using sound judgement, professionalism, and a solutions focused approach.
- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.
- Manage product availability and follow internal procedures during stock shortages to minimise customer impact.
- Manage and own customer accounts, ensuring service excellence and strong operational performance.
- Ensure smooth transition of product management activities between Commercial and Supply Chain teams.
- Work as part of a collaborative team to maintain smooth workflow and consistent service delivery across all customer channels.
- Attend commercial meetings, providing updates, insights, and actions relating to customer service performance.
- Build strong relationships with key customer contacts and internal sales teams to support collaboration and drive satisfaction.
- Balance customer service KPIs while upholding internal service standards and operational targets.
- Support additional tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements
- SAP knowledge supporting operational processes, reporting, and customer service activities.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Customer service experience within fast paced, service driven environments.
- Excellent communication skills at all organisational levels.
- Strong organisation and administration with high attention to detail.
- Resilience and workload management, able to prioritise effectively under pressure.
- Confident in building strong relationships and influencing internal and external partners.
Salary and Benefits
- £28,594 - £35,743 (depending on experience)
- 39 hours per week, Monday-Friday, covering between 8am-6pm
- Holidays are 25 days + bank holidays
- Company contributing up to 9% pension
- Up to 2 days from home, remainder in the office
- Additional company benefits
