Supreme Ski & Snowboard School was founded in Courchevel, France, in 1991, with one aim - to offer professional, friendly ski and snowboard lessons to skiers across The Alps. Almost 35 years later we now operate across 35 ski resorts, as the ski school subsidiary of Maison Sport.
Excellent customer service sits at the core of our business, from when a customer first visits our website, to their interactions with the customer success team and then finally with the instructors on the mountain - we are passionate about providing the best service, ensuring we help create unforgettable memories on the slopes. We are looking for an individual who shares our passion and appreciation for brilliant customer service. To be successful in the role you will also need to be highly organised and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You will be a part of a 15 person team working across Supreme Ski School and Maison Sport, reporting into the Customer Success Managers. The role requires a mixture of collaboration with other members in the team, but also a large degree of autonomy where you are dealing directly with customers to assist them book their lessons and ensure their experience with us is a great one.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering incoming client calls effectively in a professional manner and making any necessary outgoing calls relevant to making the process of booking as seamless as possible.
- Following up on client reservations carefully taking into consideration their needs and applying Supreme’s personal and professional touch at every stage of communication.
- To use initiative where possible within the sales parameters that will be set for the 26/27 season.
- Communicate effectively with the management team on a daily basis.

Must haves:
- Ski/snowboard experience.
- Clear passion for excellent customer service.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Native level verbal and written English.
- Right to work in the UK.
Working Hours: We have a number of roles available, so schedules will vary. Early starts from 7am available, plus evening or weekend work. You will be required to work over the festive period with pay and a half for any hours worked on Christmas or New Years day.
