Customer Success Advocate (CSA) – Remote (London)

About the Role
As a Customer Success Advocate, you’ll manage a large, high-volume portfolio of customers under a low-touch engagement model. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting account reviews, customer outreach, and CRM management
- Operating at scale with Salesforce, Gainsight, and other internal systems
- Partnering with Sales, Customer Solutions, Finance, Support, and Deal Desk teams
- Focusing on renewals, forecasting, and customer satisfaction
You’ll work directly with customers to understand challenges, ensure their needs are met, drive renewals, and foster lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Owning renewal processes for a large enterprise portfolio
- Managing all quotation workflows, CRM activity, and renewal deadline tracking
- Ensuring on-time renewals and maximising Revenue Retention & On Time Renewal Rate (OTRR)
- Maintaining CRM accuracy and forecasting new revenue streams (up-sells, cross-sells, add-ons)
- Identifying and mitigating risks before they escalate
- Collaborating cross-functionally (Finance, Support, Legal, Sales, Deal Desk) to ensure seamless contract execution
- Building efficient renewal strategies that grow contract value while maintaining trust
- Managing high-volume communications (emails, calls, transaction tasks) with transparency
- Creating renewal forecasts and communicating renewal risks proactively
- Following best practices for opportunity management, data quality, and automation
- Increasing customer lifetime value by recognised post-sales opportunities
- Collecting and leveraging customer insights to enhance AI-driven experiences

Requirements
Ideal candidates will have:
- 1-3 years of customer-facing experience in SaaS/enterprise software
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- Experience in AI-led customer support, especially at scale
- Strict attention to detail, process-oriented mindset
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Strong commercial acumen, relationship-building ability

Competitive Compensation
Annual total cash compensation range: £61,000–£74,600
