Customer Success Associate – UK Construction Coordination Hub

About Aphex

We’re the construction coordination platform transforming outdated spreadsheets into multiplayer tools for delivery teams. Major contractors like BAM, Balfour Beatty, Skanska, Kier, Mace, and Murphy rely on Aphex to plan and deliver projects from £50M to multi-billion-pound megaprojects.

Since launching in 2019, we’ve grown into the market-leading solution in the UK and Australia, with ambitions to become the global standard for project planning and delivery. We’re reimagining an industry that contributes 10% of global GDP yet has seen productivity stagnate for two decades. That means change is overdue—and this is it.

The Role

As a Customer Success Associate (CSA) at Aphex, you’ll join Aphex’s high-impact UK Customer Success Hub to help major contractors maximize value with Aphex on their live projects.

What You’ll Do

You’ll:

  • Work onsite and in the room with planners, engineers, construction managers, and project directors to embed weekly planning routines, daily coordination, and reporting that optimises project delivery.
  • Start in an apprenticeship model alongside senior Customer Success Managers (CSMs), learning through execution before taking ownership.
  • Self-progress quickly (within 6–9 months) into fully fledged Customer Success Manager roles if ready.
  • Be part of a scaling UK hub entering new geographical markets, where CSAs drive the success of high-value accounts.

AI is core to our workflow. We expect active curiosity around how AI tools can multiply efficiency—whether for thinking, writing, planning, or analysing. You’ll adopt cutting-edge practices and keep pushing boundaries.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

At Aphex, questioning the status quo isn’t just encouraged—it’s expected. As you grow, you’ll proactively propose better ways of working rather than waiting for direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run project deployments: Shadow seasoned CSMs during kick-offs, training, and set-up before taking the lead on your own.
  • Embed planning routines: Assist teams in establishing weekly planning cycles as their project’s operating rhythm.
  • Drive daily coordination: Transition teams from weekly planning to daily workflows for sharper site coordination.
  • Build trusted relationships: Earn credibility at all levels—engineers, supervisors, planners, project managers, directors.
  • Monitor project health: Track risks early, implement solutions, and prevent issues from escalating.

The Team

You’ll join the UK Customer Success Hub, collaborating closely with the APAC hub and UK sales to scale projects worth billions in value. Unlike traditional roles, you’ll learn by doing, embedding into real-world deployments under mentorship—without theoretical training.

Your direct managers are four Customer Success Managers, each overseeing high-stakes contractor accounts targeting UK market expansion. Cross-regional knowledge-sharing is baked into the role, too.

Why It Matters

Every project you support directly improves outputs: less waste, fewer delays, reduced rework, and less pressure on on-site teams. As a CSA, you’re not just helping with software adoption, you’re helping deliver critical infrastructure and buildings that the UK needs.

About You

Aphex values diverse perspectives to tackle complex challenges. If you meet 60%+ of the requirements, we encourage you to apply—ipore experience might be the edge we need.
