Customer Success Associate – Remote (Entry-Level) Position
Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Work Experience Required: 0–1 Year
About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to join our expanding team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals eager to build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
In this role, you will guide customers through their journey—supporting onboarding, addressing enquiries, and ensuring optimal value from our products and services. Collaborating with Sales, Support, and Operations teams, you’ll drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding and training of new customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and online channels.
- Build positive relationships while understanding their business needs.
- Monitor customer accounts to uncover engagement improvement opportunities.
- Assist in resolving issues by coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Compile customer reports, meeting notes, and account updates.
- Collect customer feedback to refine products and services.
- Support retention and renewal activities.
- Ensure a consistently high standard of customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills
- Internship or customer-facing experience.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Basic knowledge of customer success or account management principles.
- Experience with customer service tools or ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of SaaS products is advantageous.
