Job Overview

Running Paper is an AI marking platform for schools, used in over 80 schools across the UK. We help teachers mark student work faster and more consistently, giving them back time and giving pupils better feedback.

We are a small startup based in Manchester, building something with real purpose in education. As we grow, this is a chance to join early, make a genuine impact and grow with the team. You can find out more about us at www.runningpaper.co.uk.

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to be the main point of contact for the schools that use Running Paper. You will help schools get set up, answer their questions and make sure they are getting real value from the platform. It is a people-focused role for someone who is a clear communicator and genuinely good with people.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
