Customer Success & Business Development Manager
Telford, Shropshire | Hybrid (minimum 3 days/week in office) | £40,000–£55,000 + performance bonus
Purple Frog Data Analytics is a Microsoft Solutions Partner data platform consultancy based in Telford. We do genuinely complex data work for clients across the globe, and we're looking for someone to own the relationship side of that work: keeping new prospects engaged through to signature, and keeping live-project clients close, informed, and confident in us.
This is a dual role. On the business development side, you'll take warm, qualified leads after the initial pitch and Statement of Work stage, keep them engaged, and work them through to a signed project. No cold calling. On the customer success side, you'll be the regular point of contact once projects are live, running check-ins every week or two, spotting issues early, and making sure clients stay positive about what we're delivering.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
