Customer Success Director (Northeast Region - NYC Area)

About the Role

Allied Universal® is seeking a Customer Success Director for the Northeast Region, based out of the New York City area. In this strategic leadership position, you will drive client retention during critical rebid cycles, mitigate risks, and uphold regional accountability for key retention metrics—including rebid success, margin performance, and labor economics. This role demands B2B contract expertise, executive-level communication, and the ability to coordinate complex cross-functional renewal efforts.

Why Join Allied Universal?

  • Drive Strategic Impact – Lead client retention efforts and influence regional success. Travel expectation: ~60%.
  • Regional Leadership Opportunity – Hiring eight Customer Success Directors (across SW, NW, NE, MA, MW, CE, FL, SE), ideally near major cities to facilitate engagement.
  • Rewarding Compensation & Growth – Base salary: $90,000–$120,000+, 20% bonus opportunity, equity, and growth potential. Compensation varies based on experience and market alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead rebid efforts for high-value or cross-regional security accounts, collaborating with operations, finance, and pricing teams.
  • Serve as the executive sponsor for designated accounts during renewal cycles.
  • Oversee critical rebids, provide strategic guidance, and improve win probability.
  • Directly lead the region’s Rebid Specialist and influence Branch Managers, General Managers, and field leaders on strategy, competitive positioning, and client communications.
  • Conduct post-mortem analyses of wins and losses, then implement learnings region-wide.
  • Monitor rebid retention tracking, margin performance, labor modeling, and HPW retention to detect risks early.
  • Ensure regional accountability for rebid success by aligning with Regional and Branch leadership.
  • Participate in executive client meetings, QBRs, and escalations to reinforce contract value and address concerns pre-rebid.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
