π The Opportunity
We're looking for talented Customer Success Engineers to join our growing European Technical Operations team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role where you'll own technical relationships with our partners β from installers and Charge Point Operators (CPOs) to enterprise clients β and ensure their success with our products from day one.
This role is remote with occasional travel to customer sites across Europe.
Compensation: to be discussed (competitive, commensurate with experience)
π§ What You'll Do
Technical Support & Customer Success
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, installers, and CPOs across Europe
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues through log interpretation and remote support
- Guide customers on the configuration of AC, DC, and V2G charging systems
- Own support tickets end-to-end β from first contact to resolution

Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Improve and maintain installation manuals, commissioning guides, quick-start guides, and datasheets
- Ensure all documentation meets relevant regulatory standards
- Build a knowledge base that empowers partners to self-serve
Testing, Certification & Product Readiness
- Conduct integration testing with global charging platforms
- Gather technical evidence to support product certification and regulatory submissions
- Support firmware rollouts and new product launches
Process Improvement & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Identify root causes of recurring technical issues and drive systemic fixes
- Work closely with engineering teams (including China-based R&D) across time zones
- Manage RMA and spare parts processes efficiently
β What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in technical support, electrical engineering, EV charging, or a closely related field
- Solid understanding of AC/DC electrical principles and hands-on troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with support/ticketing platforms (Zoho Desk, Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce, or similar)
- Knowledge of OCPP and backend platform integrations is a strong advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication β you can explain technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
- High ownership mindset: you take problems from start to finish
- Comfortable working across time zones (EU + Asia)
- English proficiency required; additional European languages (primarily German, French, Italian) are a significant plus
