Join our growing Customer Success team as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of customers, guiding them through onboarding, training and ongoing dashboard success. It's a varied role that blends relationship management, data analysis and hands-on technical problem-solving.

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Executive to work closely with our Account Managers and technical team, supporting customers across the full lifecycle from onboarding through to renewal. This role suits someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, is comfortable interpreting data, and has the technical aptitude to troubleshoot day-to-day issues before they need escalating.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers through onboarding, installation and technical setup, training and renewal, building strong day-to-day relationships.
  • Perform regular data healthchecks, making sure customer data is pulling through correctly across dashboards.
  • Deliver customer training and create supporting training materials, covering dashboard use and functionality.
  • Manage and maintain automated customer communications, covering onboarding information, signposting to training materials and support, and regular keeping-in-touch emails.
  • Support Account Managers with sales activities and account growth plans, including delivering product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Perform data analysis on customer data, identifying trends, issues and opportunities, and providing actionable insights.
  • Liaise closely with customers and partners, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Provide high-level technical problem-solving and first-line diagnosis for customer issues, escalating more complex issues to the technical team.
  • Create and deliver supporting materials for sales and customer success opportunities.
  • Act as the liaison between internal teams for training, data analysis and technical setup.
  • Gather and share customer feedback (e.g. surveys, reviews, referrals) with other teams to help inform ongoing product development.

Essential Experience

  • 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing role (customer success, account management, pre-sales, technical support or similar).
  • Experience within software, technology, print solutions, or business intelligence / data environments.
  • Comfortable working with and interpreting data.
  • Technically minded, with enough technical experience or aptitude to diagnose issues and perform high-level fixes (deeper technical issues are handled by our technical team).
