Our client is a fast-growing SaaS organisation that is transforming the way businesses use data to drive growth, reduce financial risk, and remain compliant. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a Customer Success Executive to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems, and helping clients achieve measurable success.

The Role

As a Customer Success Executive, you will act as the first point of contact for clients, providing support, training, and guidance to help them gain maximum value from the platform. You will play a key role in driving product adoption, increasing customer satisfaction, and supporting retention goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering tailored onboarding and training sessions for new clients.
  • Providing responsive and effective support via helpdesk, phone, and email.
  • Monitoring client engagement and health metrics through CRM and analytics tools.
  • Hosting refresher and feature-focused sessions to promote adoption.
  • Identifying risks, resolving issues, and supporting retention initiatives.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to share client feedback and enhance the customer experience.

About You

The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a genuine interest in technology and client success. You will bring:

  • Proven experience in a Customer Success or similar client-facing role within a SaaS or technology business.
  • Strong understanding of customer adoption, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Experience using platforms such as FreshDesk, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
