We're partnering with a fast-growing SaaS business in Epsom that is looking for an ambitious Customer Success Executive to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career in Customer Success within a thriving technology company. Full training and support will be provided, making it the perfect role for someone with the right attitude and eagerness to learn.
The Role
As a Customer Success Executive, you'll be responsible for supporting and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from the platform and enjoy a seamless experience throughout their journey.
You'll act as a trusted point of contact, helping customers overcome challenges, adopt new features, and achieve their goals while contributing to customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and support requests
- Proactively engage with customers to drive platform adoption and usage
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance their experience
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions
- Support customer retention by ensuring clients achieve ongoing value from the platform
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the customer journey
About You
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who enjoys working with people and building relationships.
You'll Be

- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
No previous Customer Success experience is required – we're looking for potential, attitude, and a genuine desire to learn.
