Ready to launch your career in research technology and AI?
Are you a recent graduate (or someone with equivalent experience) who's naturally curious, loves solving problems and enjoys helping people get the very best from technology? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity to kick-start your career.
We're looking for a Customer Success Executive (Platform Support Specialist) to join our growing team. You'll become an expert in the Largo UK research platform, working with enterprise clients to help them launch, manage and maximise the value of our market-leading panel and survey technology.
Following QuMind's acquisition by Largo, we're now part of an ambitious international business spanning London, Switzerland and Los Angeles. We're investing heavily in AI-powered research, digital twins and the next generation of consumer intelligence.
This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate or someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop commercial, technical and client-facing skills in a fast-growing technology business. If you're excited by technology, love learning new systems and enjoy building great customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
Why join us?
This is far more than a traditional support role.
- You'll become a trusted partner to our clients, helping them succeed with technology that is transforming the market research industry.
- You'll work closely with our Customer Success, Product, Research and Project Management teams, giving you exposure to every part of our business while building specialist expertise that can open up exciting future career opportunities.
- No two days are ever the same. One day you could be onboarding a new enterprise client, the next solving an interesting technical challenge, training users on new features, or identifying ways our platform could be even better.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
