Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking passionate, proactive, and results-driven Customer Success Executive to join our team and drive exceptional customer outcomes. In this role, you will develop and maintain strategic relationships with Enterprise segment clients across UK&I, Benelux, Nordics markets, serving as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces challenges as opportunities, and is motivated to bring fresh ideas to the table.
You should be a strong team player with excellent communication skills, eager to dive deep into our product, continuously learn, and make an impact from day one. The role is based in London, UK with hybrid office attendance.
Responsibilities
Maintain and develop long-term relationships with strategic customers of the Corporate & Enterprise segment. Act as a trusted advisor of assigned accounts and communicate with them on different levels including C-level executives. Control and audit delivery processes in implementation projects for Corporate & Enterprise customers, identify early red flags to prevent delivery and launch-related issues. Help customers achieve their desired outcomes through product consulting, value realization, and high ROI. Grow customer's portfolio through zero churn and active cross and up-sales.
Requirements
5+ years of experience working with global Enterprise or Corporate segment customers; Fluent in English — both verbal and written with executive-level communication. Experience with CRM / ERP / Core systems / Low Code/No Code solutions / other corporate software; Experience of managing or overseeing software implementation projects, or customization of corporate software; Strong Customer-Centric Communication and Presentations Skills Commercial acumen, including negotiation and renewal management Excellent time management and efficiency skills
