The Role

Details

Working PatternHybrid – 3 days a week on site

As a Customer Success Executive, your focus will be on retaining and nurturing existing clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to upsell our products and services!


Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, maintaining regular contact and assisting with queries about CV-Library products
  • Review customer activity to provide guidance and ensure they maximise benefits
  • Highlight upsell opportunities to the sales team
  • Support customers through onboarding, including basic training and direction
  • Stay updated on market trends to deliver outstanding service
  • Handle customer queries professionally while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Prioritise tasks while keeping the customer experience at the core
  • Collaborate with internal teams, particularly Sales, to foster lasting client relationships

We’re seeking candidates with:

  • Clear and effective communication skills (customer and team-facing)
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to learning
  • Strong organisation and time management abilities
  • Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
  • Confident problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience is beneficial but not essential
