About Telescope
Telescope is the world's first AI SDR platform - backed by Sequoia - that puts outbound sales on auto-pilot. We help B2B sales teams find their best leads and automate high-quality, personalized outreach across email and LinkedIn at scale.
We're in the 0-to-1 phase of building: small, fast-moving team, high ownership, and a real opportunity to shape how this function is built from the ground up.
This is not a seat-filler role. We're looking for someone who wants to build something.
The role
A rare hybrid combining outbound campaign management with hands-on customer success. You'll be our outbound expert - not just executing campaigns, but setting best-in-class strategy across industries, ICPs, and channels. Once a customer closes, you own the relationship - and you're also building, optimizing, and advising on the AI-powered campaigns that bring new customers in.

You're a fit if you
- Have 4+ years running cold email or outbound campaigns using AI-assisted tools (Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, or similar)
- Are fluent in spoken and written English - you will represent Telescope directly to customers on calls
- Are skilled at AI prompt writing, especially for crafting cold emails and outbound copy that converts
- Are comfortable analyzing campaign metrics and making data-driven decisions
- Have worked for or with a US or EU-based SaaS startup before
- Are available during EST business hours
