Customer Success Implementation Manager

Location: Hybrid (with UK travel as required)
Company Car: Yes
Reporting to: Head of Customer Success

Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service and helping businesses get the very best from innovative solutions?

We're looking for a Customer Success Implementation Manager to join Cox Automotive's Enterprise Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of our largest customers, guiding them through every stage of their journey, from implementation and onboarding through to long-term success and growth.

You'll be the trusted partner who ensures customers achieve maximum value from our products while working closely with our Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance and Legal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What you'll be doing:

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting customers throughout their lifecycle by:

Onboarding and implementation

  • Leading smooth, successful customer onboarding across our product portfolio.
  • Planning and coordinating customer implementations.
  • Running customer workshops, demonstrations and walkthroughs.
  • Supporting integrations, migrations and user acceptance testing.
  • Working with internal teams to ensure every implementation is delivered on time and meets customer expectations.

Building lasting customer relationships

  • Developing trusted relationships with customers and understanding their business goals.
  • Proactively supporting customers to maximise product adoption and long-term value.
  • Identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services alongside our Relationship Management team.
  • Monitoring customer health, engagement and satisfaction to help reduce churn.

Training and enablement

  • Delivering engaging customer training, including paid Appraisal Training.
  • Creating and maintaining training materials tailored to customer needs.
  • Providing first-line guidance and support during onboarding.
  • Working closely with Sales Enablement, Product and Marketing to develop effective customer resources.

Working collaboratively

  • Partnering with Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Operations to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Sharing customer feedback to help shape future product development.
  • Supporting customer success stories, testimonials and case studies.

What we're looking for:

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems and collaborating across teams.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Implementation or a similar customer-facing role.
  • A good understanding of enterprise sales environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Trello, Tableau or similar business tools.
  • The ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple way.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive, collaborative and customer-first approach.
  • Confidence managing multiple projects and priorities.
