Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll own the entire customer journey from onboarding through to long-term adoption, retention and expansion. You'll work closely with healthcare organisations to ensure they're getting maximum value from the platform, building trusted relationships with clinicians and practice managers while driving product adoption and customer advocacy.

You'll become the voice of the customer internally, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to influence future product development based on real customer feedback. This is a highly strategic Customer Success role where you'll help build scalable CS playbooks and processes while supporting a business that's growing at an exceptional pace.

Experience Required

  • 1+ years of Customer Success experience within a SaaS business
  • OR
  • An ambitious Account Executive or SDR looking to transition into Customer Success
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working autonomously
  • Commercial mindset with an interest in customer retention, adoption and account growth
  • Excited by working in a fast-growing startup environment where you'll wear multiple hats and help shape how Customer Success evolves
