Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at StoreGene, you will support the Head of Clinical Success to onboard and support clinics that could benefit from StoreGene’s genomic services. You will research target organizations, contact clinicians, support meetings, and help move opportunities from the first conversation through to pilot and ongoing use. You will also support the coordination of the operational delivery of testing kits and reports, ensuring clinics and individuals receive a reliable, well-managed service.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-potential clinics, clinicians, and healthcare partners.
  • Support outreach, meetings, presentations, and follow-up activity.
  • Explain StoreGene’s services and genomic use cases clearly and confidently.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of contacts, opportunities, and next steps.
  • Support new clinics through onboarding and early service delivery.
  • Support the Senior Logistics Lead to coordinate testing kits, sample collections, laboratory processing, and results tracking.
  • Provide clear updates to individuals, clinicians, and partners.
  • Escalate delays, errors, and clinical queries appropriately.
  • Gather feedback from clinics and share insights with clinical, product, and commercial teams.
  • Support the Head of Product and commercial teams to roll out new product features.
  • Help improve StoreGene’s sales and onboarding processes.

About You

You will be:

  • Confident speaking with clinicians and healthcare professionals.
  • Commercially minded and comfortable building new relationships.
  • Organized, proactive, and persistent with follow-up.
  • Able to explain complex medical or scientific information clearly.
  • Comfortable managing both partnership development and operational tasks.
  • Excited by genomics, personalized healthcare, and startup environments.

Essential Skills

  • A degree in biomedical science, genetics, genomics, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using spreadsheets, CRM systems, and digital workflow tools.
  • A clear interest in healthcare sales, clinical partnerships, or customer success.

Highly Desirable

  • A clinical qualification.
  • Experience in a clinical or healthcare environment.
  • Exposure to sales, business development, account management, or customer success.
  • An understanding of genomics or laboratory processes.
  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, Coda, or similar tools.
