Job Description
As the Customer Success Manager, you will take full ownership of the CS function, reporting to the COO. You’ll manage a team of five Legal Technologists while maintaining white-glove relationships with "magic circle" law firms. Your leadership will ensure 100% retention and drive the successful adoption of our new GP portal.

What You Will Do
- Act as the senior point of contact for legal and innovation teams at elite law firms, delivering a high-touch, white-glove service experience by phone and email.
- Manage and mentor a team of five Legal Technologists, overseeing work quality, setting priorities, and developing their expertise in legal platform capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and QA to prioritize customer feedback and ensure seamless delivery of new features and bug fixes.
The ideal candidate
- Brings extensive experience as a Customer Success Manager in legal tech or is a qualified funds lawyer from a leading global practice.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of private investment funds or the ability to master complex legal workflows and fund formation processes rapidly.
- Possesses prior people management experience and a law degree or GDL, with the professional tact required to manage demanding, high-stakes enterprise clients.
