Role Overview - Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager at Welligence, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success and growth of our clients and our firm. This position is perfect for someone passionate about driving product adoption, enhancing customer satisfaction, and spotting new business opportunities through strategic client engagement.

Responsibilities
- Enhance customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction through effective onboarding, training, and prompt technical support.
- Develop and implement dynamic client training programs to integrate seamlessly with client workflows, maximizing the value of our services.
- Identify growth opportunities in client portfolios, offering actionable insights to support account managers.
- Strengthen relationships to enhance product engagement, broaden our user base, and optimize Welligence subscription value.
- Utilize engagement and usage metrics to monitor and report on customer health.
- Maintain meticulous CRM records to track client interactions and opportunities accurately.
- Work closely with the product development team to channel client feedback and help evolve our offerings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and analytics teams to align client needs with Welligence's roadmap.

Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles, with a strong emphasis on relationship building and customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategies for client retention and expansion.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in crafting tailored value propositions to meet diverse customer needs.
- A commercial mindset with a keen ability to discern customer needs and uncover opportunities for growth.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A graduate degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Knowledge of or experience in the oil and gas sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with data and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms) is a plus.
