π What you'll be doing
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll become a trusted partner to some of our key customers, helping them get the very best from their IRIS solutions.
You'll be responsible for:
- π€ Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- π‘ Supporting customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success.
- π Driving customer retention, satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- π Delivering regular business reviews and creating success plans to help customers achieve their goals.
- π― Monitoring customer health and proactively managing risks before they become issues.
- π£οΈ Acting as the voice of the customer, sharing insights to improve our products and services.
- π Working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
