Customer Success Manager
Remote (UK) · Full-time, permanent · Reports to the Group CEO
About RightMarket
RightMarket helps large UK charities, universities and franchise networks keep their brand consistent, compliant and legally safe. Where a general design tool lets people create anything, our platform makes sure teams can only produce work that's on-brand and properly signed off, and it keeps an audit trail to prove it. We're a small, fast-moving company where the work you do is visible and matters.
The role
You'll look after our customers once they're live. You'll own a portfolio of charity, university and franchise accounts and be responsible for keeping them, growing them, and turning them into advocates. You'll report directly to the Group CEO and work closely with our sales, support and product people. It's a hands-on role with real commercial ownership — an individual contributor position, not a team-management one.
What you'll do
- Own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of customers: onboarding, adoption, renewal and growth.
- Get new customers to value quickly through a clear onboarding process.
- Keep customers by spotting risk early and acting before it turns into a cancellation.
- Grow accounts by finding and closing expansion and upsell opportunities.
- Run regular business reviews with customers, including their senior stakeholders.
- Use account data to decide where to spend your time and to make the commercial case.
- Turn happy customers into case studies, references and testimonials.
- Feed what you hear from customers back into the product and to leadership.
- Keep your CRM records and pipeline accurate and honest.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How we work
We're remote and flexible, and we lean on good tooling — including our own AI operations support — so you spend your time on customers, not admin.
