About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join us on our journey of transformation. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving success for our clients while embodying our company’s core values.

As the Guardian of Success, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to our clients, guiding them toward achieving their learning and growth objectives. Your focus will be on driving customer success, not just service.

  • Provide an exceptional onboarding experience for new clients, leveraging strategic thinking to understand their unique needs and objectives.
  • Drive retention and maximise customer lifetime value by focusing on success—demonstrating empathy and understanding throughout the customer journey.
  • Act as a reassuring and professional point of contact, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to co-construct and achieve KPIs that demonstrate business value to clients—embracing continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and portfolio investment through strategic thinking and business development initiatives.
  • Develop lasting client relationships, embodying customer-centricity and trust-based partnerships.
  • Apply emotional intelligence to understand and address clients’ needs and challenges.
  • Show grit and a desire to learn, always seeking opportunities for improvement and acting on feedback.
  • Work with leaders to set realistic goals and create actionable plans, exhibiting drive, decisiveness, and accountability.

  • Apply business acumen and strategic thinking to align customer success initiatives with overall business strategy.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Previous experience in Customer Success Management
  • Flexibility for travel as needed
  • Degree educated
  • Proven track record of adding value to key accounts and contributing to success stories
  • Basic Customer Success qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply data analysis techniques
  • Passion for learning and development
  • Essential SC and NPPV Level 3 vetting (candidates must apply only if they meet the vetting requirements)

  • Competitive salary – £40,000–£50,000 (depending on experience)
  • 25 days of annual leave + public holidays

Role Details

This is a hybrid position requiring:

  • Minimum 3 days per week on-site at our Swansea office
  • Flexibility for 2-3 remote working days (subject to business needs)

The candidate must undergo Security Clearing (SC) and NPPV Level 3 vetting—only apply if you believe you can meet these requirements.
