Client Success Manager

Location: London: Liverpool Street
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus

Following significant growth, they are now looking to appoint a Client Success Manager to support the delivery of world-class experiences for their high-profile customers.

The Opportunity

This is a business-critical role and an outstanding opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and global brands, ensuring exceptional delivery across a range of products and campaigns, including event sponsorships, speaking opportunities, digital advertising, webinars, and executive roundtables.

You will become a trusted partner to your clients, understanding their objectives and ensuring every campaign delivers exceptional value and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain exceptional relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of customer campaigns and partnerships.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage timelines, assets, and collateral to ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
  • Become an expert in the company's products, customers, and market.
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience that drives long-term partnerships and retention.

About You

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and commercially minded individual who enjoys taking ownership and delivering exceptional outcomes.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience within Events, Media, SaaS, Experiential Marketing, or a Client Success environment.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A naturally curious and commercially minded approach.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and desire to work cross-functionally.
