As the Customer Success Manager (CSM) at BytePlus, you will be the primary technical point of contact for our most valued customers across Europe. You will collaborate closely with clients during the post-sales phase to ensure they unlock the full potential of our AI and cloud solutions, helping them achieve business objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues and issue escalations. Identify and recommend solutions for customers' evolving needs and challenges.
- Technical Guidance and Support: Serve as the primary customer liaison during the post-sales phase in Europe. Gain in-depth understanding of customers' business scenarios and summarize product application best practices in real customer use cases, with a focus on generative AI, LLM platforms, and AI developer tools.
- AI Adoption & Value Realization: Help customers maximize the value of their BytePlus investment by guiding them through best practices for AI model deployment, API optimization, and use case expansion. Monitor adoption and usage patterns, and proactively identify opportunities for customers to derive greater business value from our AI portfolio.
- Project Management & Ownership: Collaborate with customers to plan and execute onboarding, deployment, and expansion projects. Monitor progress and provide regular updates and technical support to stakeholders. Own project delivery to ensure on-time completion.
- Thought Leadership: Stay current with the latest AI and cloud technologies and industry trends. Contribute to developing best practices, industry insights articles, and technical documentation.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Account Manager, Cloud Solution Architect, Customer Success Manager, or Technical Project Manager.
- Must have experience in AI or cloud products from major technology providers.
- Experience working with digital-native businesses, software vendors, and system integrators across a range of verticals, including e-commerce, media, entertainment, gaming, and education.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience supporting, improving, or implementing generative AI / LLM products (e.g., model-as-a-service, foundation models, open-source AI agents, AI coding agents).
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, model architectures, deployment patterns, and business use cases.
- Track record of driving customer expansion and renewal through value-led engagement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
