About The Team
The Customer Success organisation is composed of four teams:
- Pre-sales
- Customer success
- Account management
- Support
The CS team ensures every client realises the full value of their investment in our platform, acting as an integrated partner to help organisations achieve meaningful outcomes and embed AlphaSense into their everyday decision-making.
By combining industry knowledge, product expertise, and deep client insights, the team:
- Uncovers new use cases
- Accelerates adoption
- Enables long-term growth
- Acts as a feedback loop for product innovation, content strategy, and customer-centric strategy
About The Role
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) role is central to ensuring our clients realise measurable outcomes from their investment in our platform. CSMs partner with Account Managers to optimise the customer journey, delivering value from the moment clients join by focusing on:
- Strong product adoption
- Engagement strategies

You will proactively monitor usage, adoption, and account health, aligning AlphaSense with client goals and embedding our platform into their daily workflows.
What You’ll Do

Client Engagement
- Engage end users through virtual/in-person meetings, emails, and warm calling.
- Drive platform adoption and use case mapping to deliver measurable value.

Adoption & Value Realisation
- Monitor usage and deliver personalised strategies to overcome barriers.
- Lead client sessions that optimise feature adoption.

Onboarding & Training
- Guide new clients through onboarding, virtual/in-person training, and best practices for long-term success.

Retention & Growth
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to strengthen adoption.
- Support renewals by articulating AlphaSense’s competitive differentiation.

Data-Driven Insights
- Use analytics, feedback, and metrics to anticipate risks, highlight wins, and strengthen customer ROI.

Voice of the Customer
- Advocate for client needs internally by gathering value stories.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, Account Management, and Product teams to shape priorities and strategy.
Who You Are
- 2–4+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing SaaS role (financial data experience a plus).
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Data-savvy and skilled in problem-solving with strong organisation and time management.
- Proactive, consultative, and collaborative—thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
